Robert began his property career with a firm of auctioneers before turning to acquisition and development.

He has been involved in numerous development projects throughout prime Central London over the last 20 years including large mixed use schemes, residential conversions and refurbishments, site assemblies and planning gains. This commercial experience is invaluable to his acquisition clients in helping them to make the best decision possible in any given market.

He has acted widely throughout London on behalf of property investors from all over the world seeking advice on the correct balance of property portfolios and the most efficient practise of lettings and management. Representing clients with portfolios of one property to a client with 1,200 properties.

Robert’s eye for property and in depth understanding of the complexities of property investment gives our clients a vital head start in achieving their commercial aims.

Adam Shaw

Adam Shaw used to run investment property pitching events for investors. These days he runs his own business network and an events and training business. He is also the author of The Lunatic Gene.

In his previous role Adam spent a lot of time finding out what investors look for in people and projects. This talk will look at how property investors definitely have The Lunatic Gene, and how to turn this to their advantage.

There will be informal networking before and after the presentations.
