Femnesty is the brainchild of Farah Brown and built around three pillars: Inspiration, Enrichment and Strength to encourages women to recognise and nurture the potential in their personal and professional lives.

This seminar is to introduce Femnesty to a wider audience of influential and experienced women and men and to invite them to join as mentors and advocates.

Femnesty is supported by Emma Nawaz, an inspiring Lawyer, Buisnesswoman and Mum, as highlighted by the media, who write "Emma was the only lawyer in the UK chosen to join the Goldman Sachs 10,000 small business programme, which identifies leading entrepreneurs and equips them to make an economic difference." Emma will make a presentation about women's legal rights in the workplace.

Jackie is an award winning Enterprise Ambassador who leads Leapfrog Mountain an accredited Enterprise and Mentoring Academy.

Jackie has worked in the business banking and teaching industries for over 28 years having been responsible nationally for training, project management and people development.

She has been recognised as a pioneer in the field of mentoring and have led/advised on numerous Enterprise Support and Mentoring programmes. This includes organisations such as Pearsons, Lloyds Banking Group, Lloyds Foundations, the School for Social Entrepreneurs, UK and Belgium Government and the charities the School of Hard Knocks and Leonard Cheshire.

Her background is from a family business and she cares about helping others to succeed. This has led to chair roles with the UK Corporate Mentoring Network, for the Enterprise Diversity Alliance and for the UK's Enterprise Mentoring Advisory Council. She is an ambassador for the charity the School of Hard Knocks and a fellow of both the RSA and the IOEE.

Dr Baudino

Dr Baudino is a life coach, career mentor and counselling professional based in London. She is experienced in coaching for success in business and in life.

Dr Baudino says:
  • "Throughout my career, I have spent time listening, learning and indeed coaching. After successfully applying these skills with 19 to 46 year olds, with a 100% success, I am now working with both individuals and corporates.
  • I have also been chosen to mentor Army Veterans into ‘civvy street’ via The Help For Heroes/Serve On initiative, and The VETS programme, and more recently to mentor a Female Cancer Research Scientist, through their Women of Influence project.
